Background:
Previous management did not do justice to the facility, now under new management for a few years and going well including new generators and bringing more space on line. Building attractive due to availability of both office suites and data suites under one roof as well as roof access for antennae. A well connected Telecoms hub but has benefited from additional Layer 2. Helpful atmosphere.
