Cabling Policy:
Datahop are currently authorised contractors with 72 hours notice required for requests and subsequent approval of cabling works. Permit requests are currently submitted by customers on behalf of Datahop cabling team. May be monopolised in the near future.
Access Policy:
24/7 via preprogrammed access card. Equipment removals must be by authorised person or authorised by one. Access for others may be requested via email and can take up to an hour for confirmation with usually no issues.
Security:
Dedicated datacentre with some perimeter (vehicle barriers).

None onsite. Paid for via Mistral or other contractors.
Parking:
Limited parking free and available on site outside. Visits should be notified in advance by email - parking not guaranteed.
