A secondary Level(3) site, a Level(3) transit core and international landing point for London. Generally not the most neutral site. Offered to Level(3) customers or customers of Level(3) resellers.

Availability of Colocation:
Yes but only through resellers. Rack may require work to obtain.

Cabling Policy:
Variable. Some carriers and resellers may run their own cables and some are not able to depending on whom you are contracted with. Quotes for cabling via Level(3) may take at least a week to obtain and 1-2 weeks to carry out and are by negotiation.

Access Policy:
Cards plus hand scanner are available via some but not all resellers. Access via Level(3) usually via your reseller. Level(3) access only work until 6pm making overnight access for non-cardholders troublesome.
